How your finish travels from our vault to your inventory.
Steam trade offers
After payment clears, we send a Steam trade offer to the trade URL on your order. Open Steam, review the offer, and accept it — the item drops straight into your inventory. We never ask for your Steam password or login.
Timing
The trade offer goes out once your payment has cleared. We don’t quote a delivery time: Steam’s own trade rules decide when an item can actually move, and a hold on your account (below) delays it however quickly the offer is sent. The offer appears in your Steam trade offers, and the order in your account carries its current status.
Trade holds
If your account hasn’t had the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator active for 7+ days, Valve places a hold of up to 15 days on the item. This is outside our control — enabling the authenticator in advance avoids it entirely.
Regions
We deliver worldwide wherever Steam trading is permitted. A handful of regions restrict CS2 item trading under local Steam rules; if yours is affected we’ll refund automatically.
